Your saved enquiry
Selected products and specification notes are stored in your browser’s local storage so your list can remain available when you return on the same browser. You can remove items from the quote page or clear your browser’s site data. Contact details entered into the enquiry form are not saved to local storage by this application.
PDF generation and sending
When you generate a PDF, your enquiry information is sent securely to our website server to create the document. The application does not save a database copy. Hosting infrastructure may retain operational logs. When email delivery is enabled and you choose to send an enquiry, the submitted information is passed to our email provider, Resend, and the configured company inbox to respond to your request.
Information requested
The enquiry form asks for your name, business email, company, delivery destination, project notes and selected product specifications. Please avoid entering identity-document numbers, banking credentials or other sensitive information. Information is used to prepare your requested document and, when submitted for delivery, assess and respond to the enquiry.
Service providers and retention
The website is hosted on Vercel. Email enquiries, where enabled, may be processed by service providers outside your country. Received enquiries may be kept in the company’s email records for business correspondence and applicable record-keeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact the company through your existing correspondence or at its registered address.
Cookies and external content
This application does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Browser storage is used for the enquiry list. Some editorial imagery is served by Unsplash; opening a map takes you to Google Maps. These external providers process connection information under their own policies.
Product and quotation terms
Product illustrations, grades, dimensions and application examples are general information and enquiry options. They are not confirmed inventory, a binding quotation, certification or engineering advice. Availability, price, origin, documentation, delivery and payment terms must be agreed in writing. Adding products or downloading an RFQ does not place an order.
